- Re-establish the companies brand house, customer engagement model, value ladders and customer persona(s)
- Align the companies revenue journey to the companies brand strategy
- Test, report, optimize, and analyze program performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements that can be shared across platforms and programs
- Assure KPI’s are earmarked
- Audit the companies digital presence across social profiles, website(s), and online service directories to apply strategic updates
- Define metrics and analyze program success, and track and forecast growth and engagement
- Create effective customer service and retention strategies for marketing programs
- Interact with clients face-to-face within sales cycles
- Make recommendations on key investments and innovations necessary within marketing services to maintain a competitive advantage against competitors
- Create campaign plans consisting of strategy, copy, value propositions, and products offered for clients
- Teach new hires how to Canvass and schedule appointments
- Teach new hires how to Consult potential clientele at pre-scheduled appointments
- Host weekly appointment setter and Consultant Meetings
- STUDENT MENTALITY / COACHABILITY / MUST HAVE A HUNGER TO LEARN
- MUST BE A COMMITTED INDIVIDUAL
- (MUST HAVE) Direct Sales Experience (5 years or more)
- (MUST HAVE) Solar Experience (5 years or more)
- Must know how to self generate appointments
- Cell Phone AND Laptop/Tablet for showing Proposals.
- MUST be comfortable with In-home presentations.
- You must actively reach out to gain advice and support from your trusted manager
- You must remove confusion and create excitement to take control and convert leads into clients, while showing our reps how to properly nurture and convert clientele
