- Attend weekly Team and Consultant Meetings
- Will learn and implement generating leads through multiple methods- including, but not limited to : direct sales, door-to-door, referrals, online selling, community events, and social media
- Capitalize on Setter Generated Warm leads while supplementing with personal leads / referrals.
- Educate homeowners on positive effects of Solar energy including cost savings, clean energy benefits, and worthwhile investment to clients' home.

- Reliable Transportation
- Must know how to self generate appointments
- Cell Phone AND Laptop / Tablet for showing Proposals.
