REQUIREMENTS:
- STUDENT MENTALITY / COACHABILITY / MUST HAVE A HUNGER TO LEARN
- MUST BE A COMMITTED INDIVIDUAL
- (MUST HAVE) Direct Sales Experience (1 year or more)
- (MUST HAVE) Solar Experience (1 year or more)
- Must know how to self generate appointments
- Cell Phone AND Laptop/Tablet for showing Proposals.
- MUST be comfortable with In-home presentations.
- A professional presence.
- Manage personal KPI’s and objectives. Be certain targets, goals and KPI’s are met!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Clark Energies and generate new clientele
- Educate and engage potential customers by explaining the financials benefits by switching to solar energy.
- Conduct personalized consultations to assess customer energy needs, recommending the best solar solutions customized to their homes.
- Build, nurture, and follow-up with customers while supporting them throughout the post sales process and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Provide information on financing options, incentives, and rebates.
- Organize and manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure we over-deliver on customer experience.
- Continuously develop your knowledge of solar products, industry trends, and competitive offerings through training and development.
Salary : $190,000
