What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scaffold Builder position at Clark Engineering Construction Inc.?
Responsibilities:
- Construct and assemble scaffolding structures according to project specifications
- Install and dismantle scaffolding systems safely and efficiently
- Inspect scaffolding equipment for defects or damage
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while working at heights
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, glass installation, stucco, drywall, roofing, trim carpentry, construction painting, hardscape, or related fields is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting and working at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
Note: Prior experience as a Scaffold Builder is not required. Training will be provided for candidates with relevant skills in related fields.
