Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage timely and effective correspondence with all project team members
- Assist with submittal packages including schematics, spec books, rough ins, utility schedules, and project schedules
- Review design documents for accuracy and proposal compliance
- Assist with site progress visits to help keep projects on schedule
- Other tasks as needed by Project Managers
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, architectural or design industries is a plus.
- No experience in commercial food service is expected.
Education
- High school diploma
- Post secondary degrees are not a requirement, based on work experience

Working Environment
While On Job Sites (25% of the time):
- The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Occasional activities may involve exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
