Job Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating the Pre-Construction and Post-Construction process to ensure a smooth submittal and warranty experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, review, submit and follow up for approval of project documents (drawings, cutbook, RFIs, etc.)
- Keep project management software up to date
- Create and assemble operation and maintenance manuals as required
- Submit, maintain and follow up on warranty service calls
- Schedule and manage equipment startups and demonstrations
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fin manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant administration experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple and concise way to ensure ease of understanding

- Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change; ability to address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence
