Clark Hill’s San Antonio office is seeking a second-year law student for a Law Clerk position in its Construction business unit. Responsibilities for this role include preparing client and internal memos, processing and reviewing documents, and conducting legal research. Strong candidates will have an interest in construction law. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and should possess a solid work ethic. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required and corporate related courses, trial advocacy, moot court, and/or journal experience, is preferred. The salary range for this position is $35/hour.
