What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Attorney - Pittsburgh, PA position at Clark Hill Law?
Clark Hill PLC is seeking a mid-level attorney with 4-8 years of experience for its Corporate business unit for it’s Pittsburgh, PA office. This attorney will be responsible for preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents of all kinds including entity formation and governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documents and merger and acquisition documents. This attorney will be expected to interact well with clients and represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions of all types. Candidates with strong business development experience is a plus. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Ability to thrive in a team environment and strong academic credentials are essential.
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $175,000 - $240,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
