Immigration Associate – Pittsburgh, PA or Washington, D.C.

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an associate attorney with 3-4 years of experience for its Immigration business unit in the Washington, DC or Pittsburgh, PA office. Ideal candidates will have employment-based immigration experience including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, O-1s, L-1s, and TNs along with a willingness to work on all types of immigration matters. Qualified candidates should also have experience advising clients directly on a multitude of immigration matters and should be able to assist clients with the preparation of petitions and application for submission to the USCIS, CBP, and DOS. Willingness to participate in fast-moving M&A projects as immigration subject matter expert required. Training will be provided. Experience or demonstrated interest in advising employers on I-9 and E-Verify compliance and/or the antidiscrimination provisions of the INA is strongly preferred, especially if such experience included responding to an ICE I-9 audit and/or IER investigation. Candidates should possess strong advocacy, research, and writing skills; a high-level attention to detail; and strong academic credentials. Successful candidates should be able to take initiative, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $100,000 - $115,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
