Clark Hill is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience for its Litigation Practice Group in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation, products liability or insurance defense. All candidates must have strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills; and strong academic credentials. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and should possess a solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required. All candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada.
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $130,000 - $140,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
