Sales Executive

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a hardworking mindset.

Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and warm calling techniques.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our software solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills

• Experience in sales.
• Strong business development skills with a focus on achieving targets.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in telemarketing or warm calling techniques to engage potential clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
