ClarkLindsey, East Central Illinois’ premier retirement community, seeks an experienced, friendly, service-minded, and safe driver to provide transportation for residents.
Benefits and Compensation
The pay range for this position is $16.05 - $17.90 per hour, and is based
on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 3% of salary annually are available based
on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.

Job Requirements
Per the Illinois Department of Public Health, all team members must receive the annual influenza vaccine (exemption requests will be reviewed). We also encourage team members to get the latest COVID-19 vaccine.
Previous experience with driving passengers required.
Must be able to obtain an Illinois License Type J restriction (J05) with-in 30 days of hire date.
Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle, including providing assistance with entering and exiting the vehicles. Pushing wheelchairs for some distance is common in this role.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must have a valid and properly classified driver’s license issued by the Secretary of State.

Must have had a driver’s license, not necessarily of the same classification for three years prior to the date of the application.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language.

Must abide by ClarkLindsey’s HIPAA privacy and security rules as described in the Employee handbook.
