East Central Illinois’s award-winning retirement community, seeks the skills of
a Lead Cook to prepare meals for older adults living at
ClarkLindsey. The ideal candidate for
Lead Cook is a structured, disciplined, and skillful
individual who approaches and completes work with strong attention to detail
and follow-through. Banquet experience or a culinary degree are
preferred for this key position. This is a full-time position.
Shifts require every-other weekend work. Lead preparation for scratch entrees, soups and
deserts from scratch, as well as prepping and stocking the kitchen. In this

and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 3% of salary annually are
