Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide
exceptional care to our residents. As an LPN, you will assist with the delivery
of personalized nursing care, monitor residents’ health, and collaborate with
an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
physicians.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and overall health.
- Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans.
- Provide compassionate support and assistance with daily
living activities.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other staff
such as CNAs, Therapists, Engagement Specialists and leadership.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and
documentation.
- Respond promptly to residents’ needs and medical emergencies.
- Adhere to ClarkLindsey’s policies, procedures, and regulatory
standards.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois.
- Strong clinical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting
(preferred but not required).
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.

The pay range for this position is $32.35. Bonuses equaling up to 3% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
Differentials in the amount of $1.50 per hour are paid for any shift worked between the hours of 7:00pm and 7:00am. (CNA, RA, LPN, RN)
Any stand-by shifts are paid at $2.50 per hour while on stand-by, and at the normal hourly rate if called in.

Job Requirements
Per the Illinois Department of Public Health, all team members must receive the annual influenza vaccine (exemption requests will be reviewed). We also encourage team members to get the latest COVID-19 vaccine.
- Illinois LPN License required.
- Team members must enjoy working with the elderly.
- Must work the required shifts each month.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language.
