The Assistant Director is a full-time, salaried leadership position.
The atHome Assistant Director is a self starter, who in collaboration with the Director of Home & Community Based Services, leads the delivery of excellent care and services to clients in their homes, optimizing their abilities to live their best life and providing their loved ones and caretakers with peace of mind. This position is an integral role in Lindsey Communities' continuum of care for older adults and serves an active role on the Leadership Team of the Lindsey Communities family (ClarkLindsey, atHome, Circle of Friends and Lindsey Management Services).
Primary Responsibilities Include :
- Recruitment, interviewing, hiring and onboarding, training, evaluating and supervising team members
- Client care management, including business development, client satisfaction, ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinating communication
- Leadership and administrative duties including day-to-day supervision of operations
- Participate in the manager-on-call rotation

Benefits and Compensation
The pay range for this position is $76,000 - $80,000 and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 5% of salary annually are available based on performance .
