Requirements : The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications : Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of IllinoisCompassionate demeanor and genuine desire to provide person-centered care to older adultsAdaptability and flexibility to meet the evolving needs of residents and the healthcare teamStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with residents and familiesAbility to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environmentBenefits and CompensationThe pay range for this position is $20.80 - $22.90 per hour and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 3% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.Differentials in the amount of $1.50 per hour are paid for any shift worked between the hours of 7 : 00pm and 7 : 00am.
