Full Time position for a groundskeeper with 1 - 2 years of experience.
Pay range $15.50 - $17.50 per hour.

Position Summary
The Full-Time Groundskeeper will perform a wide variety of activities including, but not limited to landscape construction and maintenance, operation of heavy equipment in the performance of job duties, plant and care for trees, shrubs, annuals, perennials, and turf.
Availability
Typical work week is 40 hours, running Monday through Friday 7 : 00 a.m. - 3 : 30 p.m., or Tuesday - Saturday 7 : 00 a.m. - 3 : 30 p.m.
Actual work week hours may vary due to weather.
Responsibilities
- Must be willing to perform daily inspection of grounds for litter control, pavement condition, entry cleaning, watering, pest control, irrigation system performance, snow removal, fixtures condition, storm and sanitary systems conditions, and conditions of flower gardens, turn, trees, and shrubs
- Must be willing to complete required work order forms, follow up on repairs, and complete verbal and written assignments on a timely basis
- Must demonstrate knowledge of basic grounds maintenance procedures
- Must understand duties during an emergency or disaster

Benefits and Compensation
The pay range for this position is $16.05 - $18.05 per hour and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 3% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
