Position Overview:
We are looking for a General Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team at Clark Logic. This role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance across our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities remain in excellent condition.
- Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, lighting, and building infrastructure.
- Repair drywall, patch holes, paint, and complete other cosmetic repairs.
- Respond to work orders and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members and tenants.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
