Our team’s overarching goal is to provide creative and effective solutions to the unique needs and challenges of national accounts across Restaurant & Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Higher Education, Senior Living, Casino, B&I, and Entertainment industries as it relates to the sourcing of over 500K products across multiple categories that are required to run their day-to-day operations. Position Overview:

As a Key Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of a designated key account, collaborating closely with an Account Manager to foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with some of Clark’s largest clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth execution, efficiency, and ongoing growth of projects within the key account, directly contributing to its overall profitability. This important role goes beyond routine tasks; you'll be a key influencer in shaping the trajectory of short and long-term projects. Dive into the heart of data analysis to capitalize on every available opportunity to bolster our key partnerships and thereby access new revenue streams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the division’s growth, bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the table, and help shape our company culture by embodying our CORE values.

Responsibilities

An exceptional Key Account Coordinator will: 

  • Collaborate with internal team members and customers to address project-specific needs  
  • Facilitate clear communication to internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects 
  • Review and maintain accurate records of partnership agreements and contracts 
  • Proactively anticipate and address the needs of the Key Accounts 
  • Prepare and coordinate support materials for meetings, calls, conferences, and quarterly or annual reviews 
  • Maintain resources that pertain to standard operating procedures, processes, etc.  
  • Partner with the procurement team to handle basic item sourcing requests and approved pricing adjustments 
  • Generate and manage customer-specific reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance 
  • Assist with large-scale projects and customer rollouts, providing support as needed 
  • Oversee the content and updates of the Marketplace site to maintain accuracy and usability 
  • Support the creation of quotes and item lists for new store openings 
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed
