As a Key Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of a designated key account, collaborating closely with an Account Manager to foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with some of Clark’s largest clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth execution, efficiency, and ongoing growth of projects within the key account, directly contributing to its overall profitability. This is important role goes beyond routine tasks; you'll be a key influencer in shaping the trajectory of short and long-term projects. An exceptional Key Account Coordinator will:
- Collaborate with internal team members and customers to address project-specific needs
- Facilitate clear communication to internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Review and maintain accurate records of partnership agreements and contracts
- Proactively anticipate and address the needs of the Key Accounts
- Prepare and coordinate support materials for meetings, calls, conferences, and quarterly or annual reviews
- Maintain resources that pertain to standard operating procedures, processes, etc.
- Partner with the procurement team to handle basic item sourcing requests and approved pricing adjustments
- Generate and manage customer-specific reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Assist with large-scale projects and customer rollouts, providing support as needed
- Oversee the content and updates of the Marketplace site to maintain accuracy and usability
- Support the creation of quotes and item lists for new store openings
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year experience in an administrative, project management, or sales role
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt as business needs change; ability to address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence
- Service leadership approach with a desire to exceed expectations

- Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.

- A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
