Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the grocery store.
- Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee stock management, including inventory control and product placement.
- Handle cash register operations, ensuring efficient checkout processes for customers.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize staff schedules and shift management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store to enhance the shopping experience.

Experience
- Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred.
- Proven skills in supervising staff and managing teams effectively.
- Strong cash handling experience with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience in stock management practices is a plus.
