Job Description :
- Operate and monitor finishing equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
- Inspect finished products to confirm they meet customer and company specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and quality metrics.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
