We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Recruiter (Partially Remote) to support our teams in the field. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Effectively sources and pre-screens employment applications and resumes to evaluate applicant eligibility.
• Schedules and conducts telephone screenings and interviews; proactively coordinates recruitment efforts for positions within area of responsibility, including the coordination of interviews with hiring managers.
• Manages candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Maintains and tracks recruiting metrics, including turnover and retention measurements.
• Utilizes multiple search engines and job boards to source for qualified candidates.
• Schedules and participates in career fairs and other recruiting outreach initiatives.
• Establishes and maintains professional relationships with outside vendors, job boards, and employment agencies to help identify qualified candidates.
• Develops, maintains, and posts job announcements and advertisements.
• Coordinates the distribution of offer letters with hiring managers
• Collaborates to ensure smooth pre-employment process.
• Assists with the input of new hires into the HRMS and ensures accuracy through careful auditing.
• Creates, maintains, and updates position job descriptions.
• Assists in the management of the onboarding process, to include facilitation of new hire paperwork and new hire orientation, as needed.
• May support other divisions and functions in the HR Department, such as performance management, benefits administration, and protected leaves.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to handle multiple priorities with concurrent deadlines.
• You must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals. 
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively (written/verbal) via email, by phone, in-person and before groups of customers or employees.
• Some knowledge of human resources operations, such as California laws and regulations, and other aspects of compliance.
• Must have a pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work cohesively with fellow employees.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and applicant tracking software.
• Flexibility to work a Hybrid-Remote schedule and attend office events.
• You must live within a reasonable commute driving distance of our corporate office located at 555 N Guild Avenue, Lodi Ca 95240.
