Our Senior Payroll System Analyst assists with preparing and processing accurate, compliant, and timely payrolls while working closely with the Payroll System Supervisor, HR, and Tax departments.

Responsibilities :
- Provide systems support / analysis while leveraging technology solutions to solve issues
- Support the optimal function of the HRIS (Ultimate Kronos Group / UKG), which may include system customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users
- Generate payroll reports, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools
- Supports payroll files in the UKG System
- Design and maintain interfaces with third-party administrators
- Serve as a support representative between HR, Information Services (IS), external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects
- Maintain and execute key priorities using a project list
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Support team to convey the group's requirements
