WORK CALENDAR: 250 Days
STANDARD HOURS: 8 Hours/Day, 40 Hours/Week

PERF: CPCSC is a Non-PERF District
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage inventory and stocking of all food and food service supplies at the central warehouse·
- Assist with orders and delivery of food and food service supplies directly shipped to the warehouse·
- Oversee stock employee’s schedule and planning of distribution of food service supplies to buildings·
- Oversee food and supply ordering for daily department needs in each building·
- Oversee summer food service programs·
- Assist with distribution of food and food service supplies from warehouse to kitchens·
- Assist kitchen managers with inventories of food, supplies and equipment·
- Conducts on-site visits: observes school food service operation according to departmental, federal and state guidelines·
- Assist with processing of 'Free and Reduced-Price Meals and Other Benefits' applications·
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling of all FS substitutes and floating staff·
- Assist with planning and invoicing for catering events·
- Organize and maintain uniforms for food service employees. ·
- Monitor and approve payroll hours in K-Time·
- Substitute in school kitchens as necessary·
- To perform other responsibilities assigned by the Director of Food Service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must achieve and maintain ServSafe certification
- Requires long periods of standing and walking
- May require lifting of up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation required
- ?Must have extensive food service/kitchen experience
