We are seeking a skilled Transportation Professional to join our team as a School Bus Driver. The ideal candidate will possess a commercial driver's license and have the ability to effectively communicate and work with parents, students, staff, and administration.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and maintain control of a school bus with passengers.
- Ability to demonstrate and perform defensive driving strategies.
- Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Director of Transportation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of High School diploma
- Must be able to pass a background check, have a clean MVR, and pass a DOT physical and drug screen before consideration

- Extra driving duties available above and beyond the school day
- Substitute positions lead to regular driving routes
Training and Support:
- CPCSC offers paid hourly training.
- CPCSC reimburses candidates for the following expenses once they have successfully earned their CDL and have driven for CPCSC for one full semester: Learner's Permit, CDL, and Skills Test.
