What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fireplace Installation Specialist position at Clark Propane Plus?
Job Responsibilities:
- Install propane and natural gas fireplace systems, burners, log sets, and venting
- Run gas lines and set propane tanks as required for installations
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on gas fireplace systems
- Ensure safe and proper connections for all installations
- Work closely with customers to provide excellent service and answer any installation-related questions
- Maintain a clean and organized job site and follow all safety regulations
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Driver's license (Required)
✔ Previous experience in gas appliance installation, HVAC, or plumbing (Preferred)
✔ Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
✔ Strong knowledge of gas line installation, ventilation requirements, and safety codes
✔ Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
✔ Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
✔ Willingness to complete additional training as needed
