What are the responsibilities and job description for the System and Planning Engineer position at Clark Public Utilities?
WHAT YOU WOULD DO :
Work within a small team, focused on planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of Transmission, Distribution, Substation, material / construction standards and SCADA systems. This includes developing project budgets, contracts, overseeing projects and working with customers to ensure utility goals are achieved.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Must have Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, prefer a minimum of 3 years in system fault analysis, protective relay settings and strong computer skills. Preferred qualifications : SEL relays, ASPEN OneLiner, Power World with knowledge of the Portland / Vancouver area. Work cooperatively and have effective written and oral communication skills. Must have a valid driver's license.

SALARY :
We are currently seeking Engineers at various levels of experience, including Associate and Senior. Consideration made for Principal based on outstanding experience and qualifications.
