Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Clark Regional Medical Center.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of clinical services.
- Perform quality assurance studies and assist with implementation of QA/QI initiatives.
- Serve as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient care, patient flow, and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor departmental compliance with applicable requirements, including accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing, required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred
- KY RN state licensure or compact licensure, required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; within 7 days of hire
