Key Responsibilities

- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all equipment meets safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair schedules.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve efficiency.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
- Train and mentor maintenance personnel, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Promote workplace safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
Requirements
- 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends as needed.

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
