Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans, addressing gaps and driving performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize account success and lead customer meetings.
- Communicate sales strategies, processes, and priorities to ensure goal alignment.
- Coach sales representatives on relationship-building and service improvements.
- Manage key accounts and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Address communication and process barriers to optimize efficiency.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales strategies.
- Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with credit policies.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and logistics teams.
- Drive revenue growth to meet or exceed sales and margin targets.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in leadership or management.
- Proven success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Experience in retail, Dairy, CPG, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Must be fluent in English
Salary : $110,000 - $143,000
