Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive performance and address gaps.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize account success and lead customer meetings.
  • Communicate sales strategies, processes, and priorities to ensure goal alignment.
  • Coach sales representatives on relationship-building and service improvements.
  • Manage key accounts and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Address communication and process barriers to optimize efficiency.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales strategies.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with credit policies.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and logistics teams.
  • Drive revenue growth to meet or exceed sales and margin targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in leadership or management.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Experience in retail, Dairy, CPG, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Must be fluent in English.
