Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve facility automation, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
- Oversee operational technology, including production line automation, controls, and network systems.
- Optimize process control, utilities, and energy management to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide technical expertise for controls network design, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Manage maintenance programs for electrical distribution, plant utilities, and production equipment.
- Lead automation-related capital projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Develop and maintain control network standards to enhance process stability and efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends and recommend process improvements.
- Train and oversee staff and contractors on automation systems and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and food quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in automation, controls, and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
- 4 years of experience in a food manufacturing
- Experience with control network design and maintenance plans (including design, deployment, and management); OT infrastructure (network, server, security) management, server and network switch configuration, VPN setup and management, and IP address management
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, control networks, and industrial automation.
- Ability to manage projects, train teams, and drive process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
Salary : $115,000 - $150,000
