Recruiter – Professional & Technical Roles

Clark-Resources is growing! Are you a driven recruiter with a passion for matching top talent with impactful roles? We're growing and looking for a Recruiter to join our team! The role is fully remote but the ideal candidate will be local to the Naperville office. In this role, you’ll support hiring efforts for Administrative, Accounting, Human Resources, and Engineering positions across the manufacturing sector and beyond.
What You'll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of professional and technical roles
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Admin, Accounting, HR, and Engineering functions
- Partner closely with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs and provide consultative support
- Use ATS and CRM tools to track candidate activity and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Stay current on industry trends and talent market shifts to proactively address client needs
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of agency recruiting experience (required)
- Strong background recruiting for Admin, Accounting, HR, or Engineering roles
- Exposure to or interest in the manufacturing industry is a big plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches (10 ) successfully
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Must live in the Chicagoland area
Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
