CLM, a commercial architectural woodwork subcontractor with a production facility in Fredericksburg & Ashland VA, is seeking a full-time project manager for operations in the Washington DC and Virginia market. The Project Manager is the main point-of- contact and planner responsible for several ongoing commercial construction projects. Industry-specific experience is not a requirement for this position, but may affect starting salary.
Responsibilities:
Management of the expectations of Clients (General Contractors) and protection of Clarks Lumber and Millwork interest.
Comprehensive and expert understanding of each project’s scope of work and schedule.
Coordination for the timing of drafting, purchasing, production, and installation.
Comprehensive field measurements and verification of construction drawings.
Oversight of field supervisors’ and subcontractors’ installation work.
Requirements:
Excellent writing skills and basic mathematical ability.
Proactive and able to demonstrate initiative.
Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Word and Excel).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
