Current Openings:

• First Shift: 7am – 3 pm
• Schedule: 40 hours weekly with 1 weekend day per week
• Second Shift: 3pm – 11pm
• Schedule: 40 hours weekly with 1 weekend day per week
  
  

Acre Security is an industry leader in access control and security management solutions. We are seeking an Access Control Service Technician II at Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL).

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience installing and/or servicing access control and alarm/security systems in commercial buildings
• Three years' experience installing and/or servicing access control, and CCTV security systems
• Ability to work on-call on a rotational basis covering after hours & weekend emergency calls
• Must be a self-starter and work well without supervision
• Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to utilize multimeter
• Complete accurate and detailed service reports for customers and Matrix in a timely manner to allow for accurate invoices and job cost tracking.
• Exceptional proactive customer focus and ability to work under pressure
  
  

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a 10-year Homeland Security background check for access across airports
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational/Technical Degree in electronics, security, or computer systems is a plus
• Ability to work in Microsoft Excel and NetSuite
• IP Video and IT experience is a plus
• A valid state driver's license, without restrictions
• Successful completion of drug screen
