- Education: High School Diploma or
- Experience: At least 1 year of building maintenance
- Skills: Advanced knowledge in two or more building trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously and perform manual
- Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- License: Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 points on the driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
- Perform maintenance on buildings, grounds, vehicles, equipment, and major household
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
- Coordinate tasks with team members and work independently when
- Maintain a flexible schedule during 1st shift hours (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM), Monday through Friday, with the potential for overtime.
