Key Responsibilities
- Apply geomatics and computer science principles to resolve GNSS product issues.
- Conduct field tests, record performance data, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Interface with Customer Support and directly assist customers with product issues.
- Collaborate with software development and product management teams to address product revisions.
- Write user guides, application notes, and support documentation.
- Travel to customer sites as needed (under 25%).
- GNSS product experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, independent worker, team oriented.
