From start-up and maintenance to troubleshooting and system repair, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers' systems are running at peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Provide start-up, rebuilds, maintenance, and troubleshooting on centrifugal chillers and associated equipment.
• Service and maintain centrifugal chillers and HVAC systems across a variety of projects.
• Use your in-depth knowledge to diagnose and repair centrifugal chiller systems with precision.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for customers, offering expertise and solutions on centrifugal chiller systems.
• Provide on-site training for troubleshooting and maintaining centrifugal chiller systems to customers’ teams.
• Offer technical support for centrifugal chiller systems and help clients optimize their systems.
• Attend OEM training and manufacturer-specific courses to broaden your centrifugal chiller expertise.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, with some occasional overnight travel.
• Spot opportunities for system enhancements and offer recommendations to improve chiller efficiency and performance.
  
  

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a initiative-taker with the ability to problem solve and make decisions without close supervision. They must be initiative-taking, accurate, efficient, and capable of responding to customer needs. Additional requirements:

• 7 years of HVAC/R experience with increasing responsibility, including centrifugal chiller systems.
• An associate’s degree or equivalent in HVAC or a related field from a technical/trade school is a bonus but not required.
• Comfortable with the ins and outs of centrifugal chillers and their intricate systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair centrifugal chillers with minimal supervision.
• Punctual, efficient, and dedicated to providing exceptional service with an eye for detail.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and respond quickly to clients' needs.
