The Verdin Company has a rare opening for an experienced sales consultant focused on growing the business of our digital carillon products. Verdin is the country’s oldest and largest supplier of both cast bell and digital bell ringing systems, with more than 75,000 customers across the U.S. and Canada.
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the sales of our digital carillon products in the northeast and mid-Atlantic regions, with particular focus initially on Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Opportunity abounds in this well-established territory, which has several thousand Verdin customers that regularly upgrade their bell ringing systems.
The position will be based out of our home office in Cincinnati, or centrally within the territory.
As the Inside Sales Specialist you will prospect and qualify new business opportunities as well as cultivate existing client relationships to uncover additional sales. Your client base will consist primarily of churches of various denominations, universities & schools, and civic organizations.

- A genuine interest in learning and mastering a sophisticated line of musical products, and the ability to articulate the value proposition of these products to a diverse customer base.
- Outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to discern customer needs and offer a solution tailored to meet these needs.
- Demonstrated initiative in prospecting for new business opportunities within an established customer base.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while remaining focused on meeting sales targets.
- Ability to play a keyboard instrument (e.g., piano and/or organ) or demonstrate keyboard options with the carillon products – not required but a plus!
- Proficiency using a CRM database to efficiently manage sales activity, track opportunities, and maximize sales outreach efforts.
