- Maintain a high degree of customer contact through inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Utilize sales techniques to persuade debtors to resolve their tax issues, emphasizing the benefits of timely payments and the consequences of non-payment.
- Ability to work onsite Monday thru Friday, 8a-5pm.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales experience or Collections experience, particularly in roles requiring persuasion and negotiation.
- Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft products such as Excel and Word.
