We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our Roseville, CA team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing submittal processes, preparing request for information, and coordinating with design and construction teams.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing submittal processes and ensuring compliance with project requirements
- Preparing and managing Request for Information process to ensure timely responses
- Collaborating with Project Managers to process change orders and maintain accurate records
- Assisting Project Superintendents in maintaining document control and updating schedules
- Coordinating with design and construction teams to update and implement BIM in the field
- Maintaining weekly meeting minutes for Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings
- Preparing closeout documents for project completion and coordinating with Project Managers
- Establishing monthly Payment Applications and assisting in bidding of projects when required
- Assisting administrative assistants in maintaining accurate filing systems
- Managing and updating contract documents over the course of the project
What We're Looking For
- 2 Years' Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture Preferred
- B.S. in Construction Management or Civil Engineering Preferred
- Experience with Excel & Word
- Experience with Bluebeam Software Preferred
- Experience with BIM Software is Desirable
- Experience with Project Scheduling, Estimating and Project Management Software is Desirable
- Criminal Background Check and Drug Test Required
