We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our Roseville, CA team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing submittal processes, preparing request for information, and coordinating with design and construction teams.
- Manage submittal process and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Prepare and manage Request for Information process to ensure timely responses
- Collaborate with Project Managers to process change orders and maintain accurate records
- Assist Project Superintendents in maintaining document control and updating schedules
- Coordinate with design and construction teams to update and implement BIM in the field
- Maintain weekly meeting minutes for Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings
- Prepare closeout documents for project completion and coordinate with Project Managers
- Establish monthly Payment Applications and assist in bidding of projects when required
- Assist administrative assistants in maintaining accurate filing systems
- Manage and update contract documents over the course of the project
Experience Requirements
- 2 Years' Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture Preferred
- B.S. in Construction Management or Civil Engineering Preferred
- Experience with Excel & Word
- Experience with Bluebeam Software Preferred
- Experience with BIM Software is Desirable
- Experience with Project Scheduling, Estimating and Project Management Software is Desirable
- Criminal Background Check and Drug Test Required
