- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure compliance with OSHPD (HCAI) regulations and building codes.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to verify compliance with OSHPD (HCAI) standards and project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and reports.
- Document non-conformance issues and ensure corrective actions are promptly implemented.
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for stakeholders and regulatory authorities as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5 years of experience in a quality control role and/or inspection experience in California healthcare construction.
- Strong communications skills, excellent attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
