Role Summary
As a Client Service Associate (CSA), you will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth and professional interactions with our firm. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client communications and operational tasks efficiently.
You will work closely with financial advisors and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience, making a meaningful impact on our clients' financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects, delivering outstanding service.
- Manage client communications, including responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and providing follow-ups.
- Prepare and review client meeting materials, financial reports, and account summaries.
Account Management & Operations
- Process new account applications, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Maintain and update client records in Wealthbox CRM to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with compliance documentation and record-keeping.
- Monitor and complete workflow tasks promptly to minimize backlog.
Administrative & Advisor Support
- Support financial advisors with case preparation and client reviews.
- Draft and proofread client communications, meeting notes, and reports.
- Coordinate scheduling for client meetings, webinars, and internal team discussions.
- Assist with firm-wide operational initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensing: Series 65 (preferred but not required).
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software like RightCapital, Wealthbox, and Tamarac (a plus).
- Client Service Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Compliance & Integrity: Must be dependable, trustworthy, and able to pass background and credit checks.
