SUMMARY
The Superintendent is responsible for managing and collaborating with site leadership to strengthen and encourage a work environment that is engaging and promotes accountability, trust, and teamwork. The Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations and has the responsibility for efficiencies in production, warehouse / shipping, safety, maintenance, quality, and other production-related activities.
