Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate and direct daily operations of the department in order to achieve overall goals and objectives.
- Monitor and maintain customer service levels to support teamwork and foster customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the effort of inside sales with other departments to facilitate communication channels.
- Establish day to day operational procedures of all department employees to assure operation in accordance within ClarkDietrich's policies.
- Develop, monitor and promote the achievement of department goals.
- Provide proper guidance and feedback for all department employees.
- Monitor and report sales levels and activity to appropriate individuals.
- Forecasting sales volume.
- Supervises Account Rep team at one facility
Qualifications
- Experience with commercial construction, the steel industry, company procedures.
- Budget/forecasting experience, product knowledge/involvement.
- Bachelor's degree preferred and at least five years of experience with inside sales
- Attendance at both sales and management training/seminars
- Preferred -- experience via production rotations
- The military equivalent will be recognized in lieu of education and/or experience.
