SUMMARY
The Sales Manager coordinates and directs daily operations of the Account Representative / Inside Sales department in order to assure that ClarkDietrich's plans are implemented with consistent, reliable and profitable results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and direct daily operations of the department in order to achieve overall goals and objectives.
- Monitor and maintain customer service levels to support teamwork and foster customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the effort of inside sales with other departments to facilitate communication channels.
- Establish day to day operational procedures of all department employees to assure operation in accordance within ClarkDietrich's policies.
- Develop, monitor and promote the achievement of department goals.
- Provide proper guidance and feedback for all department employees.
- Monitor and report sales levels and activity to appropriate individuals.
- Forecasting sales volume.
