Responsibilities:

- Listen to and educate customers about their HVAC equipment sales options.
- Present yourself as knowledgeable and professional while providing information on HVAC systems.
- Work with the customer service team and HVAC Service Technicians to ensure success.
- Actively participate in all training sessions and meetings.
- Develop and cultivate professional relationships.
- Review daily sales proposals and paperwork submitted by HVAC field personnel to ensure all information is accurately recorded.
- Address employee and client concerns with urgency.
- Track sales statistics, profit/loss margins, and other relevant data.
- Perform other duties as assigned, understand the company reserves the right to add or change duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years of HVAC sales experience.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- A passion for exceptional service is essential.
