HVAC Installer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or industrial engineering and possess excellent technical skills. Up to $5000 sign-on bonus!

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect and test HVAC systems by job specifications and industry standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine installation requirements
- Select appropriate equipment and materials for each project
- Perform calculations to determine proper sizing and placement of equipment
- Assemble and install HVAC components, including ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical wiring
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation or testing phases
- Ensure all work is completed within scheduled timelines and meets quality standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all installations and repairs
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth and successful installation process

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
- Strong background in mechanical or industrial engineering
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
