Job Overview:
As the HVAC Marketing & Digital Dispatcher and Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing a variety of marketing strategies, managing digital communications, and efficiently coordinating dispatch and sales operations. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Digital Strategy
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote our HVAC services across various channels, including social media, email, and digital platforms.
- Create engaging content for our website, newsletters, and social media that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and support lead- generation initiatives.
Dispatcher Coordination
- Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of service calls and installations.
- Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and support staff to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and customer interactions in our management software.
Sales Coordination
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing proposals, tracking leads, and following up with prospects.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience from initial contact to project completion.
